Into cryptocurrencies? We are, and we’re welcoming participants of ETHWaterloo this weekend. As the world’s largest Ethereum Hackathon is happening right next door to Guelph, we thought we’d try something a little bit different and let participants turn their tokens into beer and food. No worries, we’ll be accepting regular currency too. 😉
We are accepting:
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Basic Attention Token (BAT)
- Maker (MKR)
- Aragon (ANT)
- Augur (REP)
- Gnosis (GNO)
- Decentraland (MANA)
We invite anyone interested in Crypto to swing by and give this a go, but please be patient. Below are a few house rules regarding this trial for us.
- Max $100 per table
- Please bring traditional forms of payment in case transaction doesn’t go through.
- Please let your server know you which crypto you will be paying with when you arrive.
- Starts Friday at 5pm – Ends Sunday at midnight.
- Again, this is a trial run for us all so please be patient.
Hope to see you out. Cheers.

Just because the unofficial end of summer is here, it doesn’t mean that the summer shenanigans are over.
We’re happy to be the exclusive home in Guelph of Bench Brewing for the month of September. That’s not all we’ve got in store for this awesome brewery out of Beamsville. We’re throwing them a little party to welcome them to Guelph.
On September 9th we’ll be welcoming the Bench Brewing Brewmaster and a few others from the brewery for samples and tastings, as well as swag giveaways. A little meet and greet if you will. If you’re a fan of local and all the things that come out of the Niagara region, stop by, say hi and sample a beverage or two.
